Secondary Endpoints	All-cause and cause-specific mortality Readmission-free survival Time from trauma to neurosurgery Rate of intracranial haemorrhage Duration of hospitalization and ICU admission if applicable Number of CT scans, possible neurology admission, and neurorehabilitation Economic consequences including elective CTs and sickness benefit
Follow-up	Three months
